Price:
- Single day: Friday: €20; Saturday: €50; Sunday: €50.
- The whole weekend: €80.
- The registration fee must be paid in cash at the seminar.
Sayonara:
The price for the Sayonara is €45/person to be paid at the restaurant, which includes:
- Welcome drink, aperitif (alcohol and non-alcohol).
- Main course can be chosen from either:
- Guinea Fowl Fillet
Served with wild mushrooms and truffle, a raw vegetable garnish, and croquettes. - Cod Fillet
Served with Belgian endive and Passendale cheese sauce, finished with sun-dried tomatoes and chives, accompanied by croquettes. - Vegetarian Butternut & Sweet Potato Burger
Served with linguine, wild mushrooms, and truffle sauce.
